Cash on Delivery

is a new service on CresTaal
 We offer it to our customers in Palestine and soon in Jordan and the rest of the Arab countries, which is to pay cash when the goods arrive, so that our customers can enjoy better service. Please read the following instructions carefully
1 Conditions for selecting the goods and confirming the order:
In order for me to see the option to Cash on Delivery on the payment page, the amount must be above 55$
  that the total price of the selected merchandise is not less than 55$
  In addition to that, the main goods receipt address, in order for the goods to be delivered to their normal location and to receive the SMS message to deliver the goods. The phone number may be used as a substitute for contacting you to deliver the goods, but not as a substitute for receiving the SMS.
2 Order confirmation message:
The order is confirmed immediately after receiving the SMS confirmation by the mobile number you entered. After confirmation, you can log into your account from time to time to inquire about the status of your application update.
3 Amending the order / canceling the order after confirmation:
After confirming the order, you can cancel the two payment orders upon receipt within a period ranging from 10 minutes to 6 hours after confirmation, by entering my orders and canceling the order from your list of orders. This service is effective during a limited period of time and applies only to orders that have not yet been shipped. Through this service, you can cancel the order yourself in case you want to add or delete a specific item from the order.
Note: When canceling the order, if it appears to you that the process of canceling the order has failed, it indicates that the order has been filled and ready for shipment, in this case please contact customer service to try to cancel the order
4 Shipping order
orders were transported by CresTaal different shipping companies, please refer to the 'Shipping Information' specific for the detailed time. Delay may occur due to special cases. We will do our best to ship and deliver your order as soon as possible.
5 Payment upon receipt:
The customer has to pay the order amount to the shipping company when he receives the package. Please prepare cash in advance and have the phone available so that the delivery representative can contact you and reach your address. If you have canceled many previous orders or repeatedly refused to pick up, the cash on delivery option may not be available. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
All cash on delivery orders have their own cost,When you finish confirming the order, please pay attention to the invoice for the total price of the order.
Note: We only offer online payment discount for orders that meet the same COD amount requirements and are within the delivery locations of our courier.
6 Post-receipt problems
After the receipt of the goods is confirmed, if you have any problem with your order, please immediately contact customer service as soon as possible by sending a ticket from your personal account on the CresTaal website, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Note: Now, we can accept exchange one piece for another only for COD requests after package received.
Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the package. The method of refund depends on the method of payment. The following are the policies followed:
In the case of payment by credit card:
The amount paid will be returned to your credit card or CresTaalWallet according to your requirements.
Please note that returning the amount to the card account takes approximately 2 to 14 working days. You can use the wallet balance on future purchases or transfer it to your payment account. An email will be sent once the return is completed.
If you pay by PayPal:
The amount paid will be returned to your PayPal account.
Please note that it takes approximately 1 to 5 working days for the refund to be returned to your PayPal account. You can use the wallet balance for future purchases or transfer it to the same PayPal account from which the payment was made. An email will be sent once the return is completed.
In the case of payment via Cash on Delivery (COD):
If you paid via COD, the amount will be returned to your CresTaalWallet and you can use it with the voucher code and points on your next purchase. Returning the amount to the CresTaalwallet takes approximately 24 hours. Please note that the cash on delivery balance in CresTaal Wallet cannot be transferred to another account or any bank card.
